1. The GeeDee Software Support team can be
contacted via
Phone,
Fax,
Web or
E-Mail during normal business hours with details of software related problem.
2. A GeeDee Software Support consultant will return your call within two hours from lodgment of call.
3. Non-members support is charged at half hourly increments.
4. Full Payment is required prior to software support agreements commencing.
5. Only registered members within the business/company may contact GeeDee for software support and updates.
6. Assisted Installation for each computer is @
$55.00 per personal computer.
If your office staff require assistance or your elected IT Hardware person requires the documentation read out to them,
we can at an agreed time assist with a Workstation install.
If required, we can also assist with an Application Server install @
$55.00 per Server.
7. Support services will be provided during GeeDee’s normal working hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday
to Friday excluding public, gazetted and award holidays in the state of Western Australia. Request
for support outside these hours will be considered.
