This occurs when you are locked out of the system. Someone else may have been in system while doing End of Day backup.

 

file or directory

Go into your GeeDee Backup icon.

 

Put in your initials, click OK.

 

Backup login

DO NOT do a Backup just Close out.

 

GD backup closed

Try logging into GeeDee Windows again.

 

If this does not work please contact GeeDee as we will need to log into your system via Symantec pcAnywhere.

Note: The End of Day backup would not have been successful so please do your backup again in GeeDee for Windows.
