The main purpose of this is to be able to produce a copy of a previous period's Lessor Statement by making the start and end periods the same. As the date range can include as many processing periods as required, it may also be used to produce a detailed Summary Statement for the periods selected. Note that transactions are retained for 36 periods.
|•||Choose All Lessors, Select Lessor or Current Lessor as required.|
|•||Choose the Type of Lessor (if All selected).|
|•||Choose the Area for Lessor selection (if ALL selected above).|
|•||The start period for the statement (July if it is for a tax year).|
|•||The end period for the statement (June for a tax year).|
|•||Press the Email or Start button.|
If Select Lessor has been chosen the Lessor search dialogue will appear. Select the required Lessor.
Emailing All Lessors will produce a Sent list report.
View or print a statement by using the report dialogue box that will appear on the screen. If set, a letterhead will be printed on the first page of each statement.
