Income and Expense Summary
There are two reports that may be generated from this program item:
Both report on income and expenditure from the V/O account selected.
|•||Using the Navigator or Lookup Search buttons, select the V/O account required.|
|•||Select the type of report required.|
|•||Select the Start period for the report.|
|•||Select the End period for the report.|
The Lessors record may be set so that the rent received from the tenant is receipted into either the Lessors account or the V/O account. If set to the Lessors account, then the rent collections will not show on this report.
