Index is out of date
This may show on all computers when trying to log into GeeDee Windows.
You need to log into the GeeDee Backup icon.
Enter your initials.
Click on Index.
Indexes will now regenerate.
When this has completed Click OK.
The backup screen will open. Click Close.
This will now allow you to access GeeDee Windows.
Note: Sometimes this message appears whilst in the GeeDee Windows program.
If so you MUST get everyone out of GeeDee Windows and then do a re index.
This can be done from the File drop down menu following the same steps.
Go to your File Drop down.
Click Restore from Backup Etc and follow the same steps as outlined above.
