Text based notes of any length may be kept against any Lessor, Property, Tenant, or Trust Account record. When a letter or breach notice is generated and printed by the system, a note is automatically appended to the appropriate record. The note will contain the reference and date on which the letter was sent.
Notes are automatically created by;
Printing or emailing letters,
Editing the Tenant Paid to Date,
Adding in a Tenant Rent Increase,
Editing a Tenant Rent Credit
Notes cannot be altered, in order to keep the integrity of the data for legal purposes.
You can SEARCH notes by certain information.
The Print Notes button will produce a paper copy of the notes.
