Electronic Document & Content Management System (GDMS)
This new Electronic Filing system offers many special features.
For all GDMS users you Must always have the GDMS Server running. If it has been closed down you will see this message. Please restart the GDMS server and this message will
All clients MUST have Symantec pcAnywhere installed on their computers. This is part of the agreement when choosing GeeDee as your preferred Trust Account System.
If you have had new computers or a new server please ensure you reinstall pcAnywhere or ask your IT person to reinstall as it is a requirement of our company.
If you an old version of Symantec pcAnywhere it will not be compatiable with Windows 7 as such you would need to upgrade to version 12.5.

We recommend to do regular web updates preferrably weekly otherwise at least monthly.
When the quarterly accounts are due you will be given daily reminders when logging into Geedee 2 weeks prior to the due date.
Once you have paid this account please ensure you do a web update to import your slip files. Once you have done this web update this message will disappear.
If the account has not been paid by the due date an override will be done to ensure all users still have access over the End of Period time frame.
Again if you are getting this message please ensure you do the web update before you contact GeeDee. Geedee has not locked clients out of the system,
you purely require a web update.
IMPORTANT! YOU MUST NOT PROCESS ANY 2013 TRANSACTIONS OR MAKE ANY CHANGES IN THE GEEDEE SYSTEM UNTIL THESE PROCEDURES ARE COMPLETED
These reports should be kept with the Bank Reconciliation for your Auditor.
