There are four main buttons in the Property Management system; Lessor, Property, Tenant and Trust Account. Each property must have an Lessor, and each tenant must have a property. Each Lessor can have any number of properties, which normally have one tenant in each property, but may have two during the rollover between a vacating and a new tenant.

The GeeDee Desktop is set up as a tabbed notebook within a tabbed notebook. For example, click onto the Tenant button, and the details and notebook for the tenant are shown. When moving from between Tenant, Property, & Lessor, connected records are displayed.

Moving from Lessor to Property, the first property of the Lessor will be displayed.

Moving from Property to Tenant, the current tenant of the property is displayed.

If there is no property for an Lessor, or no tenant for a property, while changing tabs, the user will be asked if a new record is required, and will branch to the New Tenant, New Property, or New Lessor Form.
