Lessor receipts are one of the four types of receipts in the system. The receipts section in the introduction has general information.
Lessor receipts are issued when funds are received directly from an lessor. The most frequent case is when an lessor is providing funds so that maintenance can be done and there are insufficient funds in the account. To avoid potential problems with summary statements, this function should NOT be used for any other receipts.
|•||Use the Search and Lookup buttons to find the lessor's record.|
|•||Enter the amount of the receipt.|
|•||Select the form of payment.|
|•||Edit the comments. These details will appear on the statement.|
|•||Select the Paid By details|
|•||Either click on the OK button or press Enter to process and print the receipt.|
The screen will clear and be ready for the next receipt.
The Clear button will clear all the details from the form and allow the user to start again during the process of entering the receipt data.
Management Fees etc. are not charged on Lessor Receipts.
Note: Lessor Receipts go in to Funds Available and will be paid out at End of Period unless you Hold the Lessor Funds
