Receipt Funds for Bond
The Bond is initially received from the tenant. It may be receipted as part of a receipt containing rent, letting fee etc.
Go to the Tenant Receipt drop down.
Enter the total amount received and Tab to Rent and enter in the amount received towards rent otherwise Tab to Other.
Note: If funds are only for Bond Tab past Rent and down to Other
Tab again will bring up the Account Screen. Click Instant Account
On the Instant Payment screen under item select Bond from Tenant and ensure the correct amount is entered. Click OK
Then click Accept and Continue
Now complete the Tenant Receipt.
This process will receipt the money to the Tenant and it will appear in the Tenant Bonds tab.
Once funds are receipted as Bond from Tenant you need to transfer to the Bond Administrator.
