Click on the "Search" tab to access to search functions
Archived items can be located using a "Keyword Search" where a keyword has been attributed to an item at input.
Archived items can be located using a general "Data Search" using a number of different filters.
A data report can be generated listing all items archived for a specific period.
To Search by "Keywords" click on the "Keywords" button.
The "Choices Dialog" box will open. Choose a keywords or keywords from the "Source" list and add them to the "Destination" folder so they can be searched. Once you have chosen your keywords click okay and the words will appear in the search window.
Click the "Search" button and items that fit the search parameters will be displayed. To view an item, click on it to display it in the viewer window.
To search items using the "Data Search" function select from the available filters to refine your search. A search can be carried out using a combination of filters including item "Title", item "Description", item "Type" as well as a specific date range
Once "Search" parameters are entered, click the "Search" button and items that fit the search parameters will be displayed. To view an item, click on it to display it in the viewer window.
To generate a report of archived items, click on the "View Data" button.
The data report window will open, select the required date range and then click the "Load" button to display the report.
Click the "print" button if you wish to print a hard copy.
