Setting up User Permissions
Once the user is added by the Administrator, the permissions for that user can then be set.
Click on permissions. By default, all items are unchecked.
To grant access to all archived items click on the Check All button.
To grant limited access check the boxes next to the items required.
Once selections have been made, click the Save button.
When the user logs in, only the access items available to them will appear. The other icons/buttons will not be available to select.
