The most frequent use of a summary statement is as an end of financial year statement for residential properties. This shows the Lessor's income and expenses. It is also designed to be appropriate as a yearly financial statement for a body corporate Strata.
|•||Choose All Lessors, Select Lessor or Current Lessor as required.|
|•||Choose the Lessor Type (if all selected).|
|•||Choose the Lessor Area selection (if all selected).|
|•||The Start Period for the statement (July if it is for a financial year).|
|•||The End Period for the statement (June if it is for a financial year).|
|•||Press the Email or Start button.|
If Select Lessor has been chosen the Lessor search dialog will appear. Select the required lessor.
Emailing All Lessors will produce a Sent list report.
The statement can be viewed and printed using the report dialog box that will appear on the screen. If set, a letterhead will be printed on the first page of each statement.
