Tenant Paid-to-date - Integrity Error

An error report of this type is a warning that the paid-to-dates do not match in the tenant records. You should investigate the tenant shown (tenant ID) and check that the paid-to-date shown on the tenant details screen matches the date shown in the last transaction for the tenant. You should then amend whichever of the two is incorrect so that they match.

 

eg. The Date appears on the Tenant Details screens as the 05/05/2010

The Date appears on the Tenant Transaction screen as the 04/05/2010.
